Textures for the tunnel

These images all stood out as an idea of using the sides of the tunnel to exaggerate that light and use patterns and textures to create multiple different options for the light. The first image is the straight light shinning down but my design won't have an open space around the outside of the light tunnel. The light within my design will be more like the second image where the tunnel is the exterior of the light can expand to which makes the walls of the tunnel a possibility to play with to create more of a spatial experience.

These images use like a ribbed interior on the walls which interacts wit the sun light and forms shadows and highlights. Also because of the perspective the ribs get smaller as they go up, and smaller the closer they are to you, this really exaggerates the light at the top but also helps to feel like the light is growing and expanding over you. My clients ritual is all about having the light shine into her room/onto her and creating a warm and rejuvenating feeling. The horizontal rings could make the bottom of the tunnel dark as supposed to light, warm and fresh.

This amazing image would really lengthen the light and make it appear to be drawn right into the space by using colour and a material that extends out and opens up in the space, following the light direction. This would be an amazing atmosphere to be inside of - really making the space feel soft, light, reviving and refreshing.
